Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst on a
contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and translate insights
into strategic content recommendations
Interpret data to propose actionable next steps for content
performance improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting frameworks and
identify new data opportunities
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of relevant experience in customer success, content
strategy, marketing, or data insights, or recent graduates with
related academic projects or internships
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and
insights generation
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis and
visualization
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for data visualization
and reporting
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced environment
