Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Lead -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the BA team in gathering and documenting customer business
requirements and developing efficient business systems
Analyze existing systems and workflows to recommend improvements
and ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements and
specifications
Coordinate projects from development through implementation,
ensuring user involvement and managing project status with
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
College degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer
Science, or a related clinical field
10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with at
least 3 years in the healthcare industry
Experience with Workers' Compensation or healthcare processes,
including coding and claims administration
Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, service-oriented
architecture, and relational databases
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, change management,
and SCRUM/Agile processes
