Currently, we are assisting a client in Oceanside recruiting for a Retail Store Front candidate. This is a temp to hire opportunity that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable retail and cashier experience. As a Retail Store Front Associate, you will assist with retail sales and product prepping for approximately 20 hours a week. Primary responsibilities include: · Maintain knowledge of store sales, promotions, policies, and security procedures. · Provide excellent customer service and assist with questions, returns, comments, and complaints. · Meet and maintain sales goals and quotas. · Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day. · Restock retail items such as oils, herbs, jewelry, stickers, and other merchandise. · Prepare and assemble products including herb kits, blends, jewelry, and other packaged items. · Package herbs into 1 oz bags and track all prepared and stocked inventory. · Follow directions and production quotas for both retail and product prep tasks. · Maintain accurate records of stocked and prepared items.
