Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager and
Broker.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with new customers to ensure customer longevity
Become a true partner in customer's success by understanding their
needs and presenting appropriate solutions
Manage sales funnel and sales chats, meeting and exceeding revenue
quotas on a monthly basis
Required Qualifications:
History of exceeding established quotas
Ability to open probe and ask for the sale
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in SalesForce or
comparable CRM
Extremely organized and able to follow established processes and
procedures
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as an Account
Manager required
