A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day
Process payments and update patient demographics
Provide claim status and explain copays/deductibles
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
Ability to interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite
applications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Self-managed with the ability to use multiple programs
simultaneously
