Key Duties of an Assistant Manager: Support daily operations by coaching and motivating team members to exceed sales, service, and operational targets. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and delivering excellent service through every interaction. Assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback to help team members reach their potential. Monitor and drive store or regional sales goals by understanding Frontier’s latest products and promotions. Help manage scheduling, inventory, compliance, and workflow to keep your location running smoothly. Gather data and insights from team performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements. Represent Frontier’s values and services with integrity and professionalism in all customer and community engagements. Work with fellow Assistant Managers and other team members to continually improve customer experience and sales techniques
