Whether transitioning from residential or beginning directly in commercial real estate, you will learn the listing process step by step. Compensation: $160,000 Responsibilities: Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Qualifications: Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies About Company Marcus & Millichap Del Mar is a top-performing commercial real estate office, offering a fast-paced, professional environment for agents focused on building long-term success.
