Job Description:
A company is looking for an AEM Content Manager/A/B Testing
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage incoming content requests, ensuring completeness
and providing feedback
Build and execute merchandising campaigns in AEM, leveraging Adobe
Target for segmentation and personalization
Monitor A/B test performance, optimizing based on data and
collaborating with the testing lead
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content creation
and management
Expertise in Adobe Target for A/B test setup and campaign
management
Strong understanding of merchandising strategy and campaign
segmentation
Experience in managing content calendars and coordinating
cross-functional approvals
Proven ability to design and execute A/B tests with a grasp of
statistical significance
