Key Responsibilities:
Partner with market leaders to develop and execute recruitment
strategies
Research and implement multiple sourcing channels to attract
qualified candidates
Review applications, conduct interviews, and manage the offer
process
Required Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations
