A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Consults with employees and leaders on policy interpretation and
performance improvement
Utilizes technology to manage and resolve Employee Relations
consultations
Identifies improvement opportunities and participates in
initiatives to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of relevant experience
No supervisory experience required
Preferred: Master's Degree and 5-10 years of experience
Certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
